7 Laws - Deepak Chopra - Just Launched!

I started for a while ago practising the 7 spiritual laws of success after reading about it in Namaste, but it was difficult for me to find a daily routine. With the on-line program I found an easy, joyful and effective way in having daily yoga, exercises and meditation which brings me closer to my personal growth. I am grateful for this opportunity to discover my true potential; thank you Deepak and David!

The Work on the Web - Byron Katie

Just joined up with The Work on the Web, and I did a 2-hour session, I think, and my stress has lifted to a very significant degree…I rated Relationship as 10 in stress, but now, as I write about 3 hours later, since I joined up and worked through it, and let it sink in as I tended to other household stuff as well....and now I’d  rate relationship at present as being a 5!!!! I can even see a picture of them together on the web and i don't get the same reaction or anxiety!!!! I’m going to do it every day and work through other areas in life as well. Also, as I’m the organizer or a community group ,I’m going to recommend this site to all our 49 members!!! some have already asked me about resources for building self esteem, but this site has to win hands down! Thank you so much, Byron!!!
