Something about Coaching Interactive is genuinely good and unique! What was surprising even to us, the founders of Coaching Interactive, was how much more profound coaching over the internet turned out to be. This came about due to the use of writing compared with the more verbal interaction practiced so far. It turns out that people are much more concise, earnest and detailed when it comes to writing, which of course also stays on record. As a result people tend to review what they write, which naturally makes the coaching far better. A client/coachee tends to be more responsible this way. Additionally as we know, the writing process does excite a larger part of our brain. Motion, vision, language and sensation are involved, and the more exited the brain is the more profound the impact. This may be the reason why coaching in writing over the system does work so well. Therefore all in all we think we managed to provide a platform which is by far better, more accessible, affordable and manageable, suitable for the modern way in which people communicate and interact. Since the system does provide full support to personal one-to-one coaching as well, which does have it's unique benefits, the resultant blend is more modern and more suitable for today's coaching challenge.
